On the whole a great place to stay. Good value for money.

Erstklassige Unterkunft mit etwas eingeschränktem Zugang zu Sonnenlicht.
Positive: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, da sie mitten in der Altstadt liegt. Zudem ist sie sehr groß und äußerst stilvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist wirklich herausragend. Hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Die Geräte in der Küche waren neu und modern. Hier macht es Spaß zu kochen und zu essen.
Negative: Die fehlenden Fenster bzw. der fehlende Zugang zu Sonnenlicht hat mich etwas gestört. Das Licht von draußen kommt entweder über die Eingangstür, die man in diesem Fall offen stehen lassen müsste, oder es fällt über den Innenhof in die Wohnung. Dieses wiederum ist sehr indirekt. Die Fläche des Innenhofs zieht sich einige Stockwerke nach oben durch - wie bei einer Art Schacht. Das Licht, was durch ihn hindurchfällt, reicht zumindest im Oktober nicht aus, um am Tag die vollständige Wohnung hell auszuleuchten. Ich war während meines Aufenthalts somit fortwährend auf Kunstlicht angewiesen.

Avoid: Poor maintenance, mold, and cleanliness issues
Negative: The property is blatantly poorly maintained, which significantly affects the quality of the stay. First, the apartment is very dark with almost no natural light. Second, the humidity levels are extremely high, exceeding 90%, far beyond the acceptable range of 30-50%, which can pose health risks. This can be easily verified by turning on a humidifier. Third, there is a noticeable moldy odor, and mold stains are visible on the apartment’s walls. Fourth, the outdoor patio with a table is actually a small, enclosed shaft with a strong moldy odor, making it practically unusable. Additionally most of the kitchen utensils and appliances were not clean enough to be used. Mold is also present on various pieces of furniture in every room, including indoor chairs and tables. Also, a broken lamp was left unfixed, with the landlords failing to address it before my arrival. Dead, smashed bugs were also found on the bedsheets. Overall, this stay was deeply disappointing, with poor maintenance, excessive humidity, mold growth, unclean kitchen items, and unresolved repairs, all of which potentially pose a health risk.

Positive: Great location overlooking the harbour. Away from the noise, tourists and kebab shops of St Paul’s.
Negative: Some of the infrastructure needs to be refreshed

Ideal location and spacious
Positive: The location is very good and the view from the door is amazing.
Very well stocked kitchen and spacious throughout.
Negative: Unfortunately the only natural light comes from the main door. The other light sources is from a small inner courtyard. The inner courtyard is not really practical to access due to mosquitoes but is the only outdoor space available.
Although the property is clean, it could do with dusting and airing as there is a musty feel throughout.
